MINO (SHANGHAI) Introduction

MINO Precision Die-casting Shanghai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as MINO Shanghai) is a 100% foreign-capital enterprise invested solely by Japan MINO Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as MINO Industry) with a total investment of 13 million dollars and a registered capital of 6.5 million dollars.

MPDS was established in Dec. 2003 and located at the Shanghai Auto City in Anting Town of Jiading District in the north-west of Shanghai. With the total 24,400 square meter land, MPDS constructed its first plant 5,016 square meters in 2004. Its second one 9,731 square meters will be finished in July 2007. Thus, the total construction floor will be 14,747 square meters in service. And we can provide concurrent engineering services for AL die-casting parts. Finally, MPDS will have about 300 employees, 36 die-casting machines from 350 to 800 tonnages. Annual revenue will be over RMB400 million.

Employed the thin die-casting technology (0.6~0.8mm), ECU cases are applied in auto electronics. With the high speed shaping technology, GB housings are used in the EPS& H-EPS power steering system. They make the contributions to the safety and lightweight of motorization.

Mino, in line with the growing market requirements, is trying its best to invest in China and established its second overseas enterprise in Dec. 2003. Its first plant was finished in Dec. 2004.
