MPDS build up its management team through management practice in combination with internal and external training under the guidance of he management consultants from MINO industry and regular staff dispatching to the headquarter in Japan for training. Now, the management mainly consists of local talents. Meanwhile, a reliable management system has been established.

We acquired competitiveness by both building up management team and constructing management system. At present, objective management has been being carried out. Based on the overall objective of the company, annual and middle and long-term targets for individuals are defined, and the personal performances are evaluated on the defined targets. In 2005, ERP management system was introduced. In June 2006, the company quality system was certified by
TS16949 from BSI. Quality system ensures product and service quality. Continuous improvement in the daily work of all employees makes the things better and better.
