Quality System
In June 2006, the company was certified
by BSI quality system TS16949:2002 and ISO9001:2000
(certificate photos). Firstly, Mino realizes
its basic quality assurance through quality
management system. Working on the basis
of TS16949 certification, Mino Shanghai
has managed to ensure the product quality
through continuous improvement. The primary
goal of quality control is 'naught' outflow
of rejects, and the ultimate goal is 'naught'
production of rejects.
Quality Team
Mino currently has a quality team made up of 15 personnel, among whom five are quality engineers and the other ten are quality inspectors. With the growth of production, the quality team will grow as well. To constantly improve the quality of quality team, regular external and internal training programs are provided to them. The programs mainly include: APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, measuring apparatus, improvement of internal flow, improvement of defective fraction, improvement of process exception, etc. Through various quality improvement activities, the company has implemented the improvement conception in the staff's daily work.
