Improving the outlook of die-casting production field, field visual management (VM) and 5S (SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SETKETSU and SHITSUKE) are important methods to guarantee SQCD (security, quality, cost and duration). All staff members begin each task with SQCD consciousness, complete everyday work in 5S methods and implement SQCD in details of production and services, so as to make management and problems visible, eliminate unsafe factors in their infancy, minimize waste and give full play to every inch of room in the plant.
