Ultra-thin Die Casting Technique
With the experience of more than 50 years accumulated by Mino Japan in aluminum alloy compression casting, Mino Shanghai has refined on technology and quality and owned its unique core technology in the ultra-thin, high pressure and high precision casting. To develop high value-added products, we have set up long and medium research and development objectives so as to carry out R&D and improve activities in a planned way. Ultra-thin die casting technique. Currently, it has successfully entered into commercial production of 0.6 ~ 0.8mm thick die-cast. Meanwhile, it has begun the development of 0.3mm thick products, ushering the aluminum alloy compression casting into a new era. This technology is extensively used in the production of ECU houses for automobiles. With the follow-up treatment technology to cleaned aluminum alloy products developed by it, the Company can provide 100 thousand pieces for Class 1 auto parts manufacturers. In particular, the bag-shape box for ECU houses developed through the combination of die-casting technique and one-shot molding concept has provided the protective casing for engine ECU -- heart of TOYOTA luxury cars (Uragami Prize)
