Pressure-resistant Die Casting Technique
With the experience of more than 50 years accumulated by Mino Japan in aluminium alloy compression casting, Mino Shanghai has refined on technology and quality and owned its unique core technology in the ultra-thin, high pressure and high precision casting. Pressure-resistant die casting technique. This technology is applied to the one-shot molding of pressure-resistant products of complicated shapes. H-EPS product is made with one-shot molding technology by molding the function unit of hydraulic pressure and electro-motion. By simplifying the assemblage for clients and cutting down the cost of manufacture, the value of Mino is exemplified. It now provides 100 thousand pieces of products to TRW, a famous auto parts manufacturer in Europe via Japanese Denso.
